Terms of service

Last updated May 6, 2026 · Plain-English version

These terms describe how Household Mail Cleanup works, what you and we are agreeing to, and what to do if it doesn’t work out. We’ve written them in plain English. The capitalized terms (“Service”, “You”, “We”) just save us repeating ourselves.

By creating an account or paying for the Service you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service. Questions: hello@householdmailcleanup.com.

These terms are written in plain English, but they’re still legally binding. Some sections will be tightened by counsel ahead of general launch — particularly Sections 3 (authorization), 9 (limitation of liability), 10 (indemnification), and 14 (governing law). Substantive consumer-facing terms (the 30-day satisfaction guarantee, what we won’t do, our retention rules) won’t change without notice.
